Please read these terms carefully before using getnuv.com or any Nuv service. Nuv is a brand operated by HealthFare Inc ("Nuv", "we", "us"). By accessing the Site or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms.
By agreeing to these terms you represent that you are at least 18 years old (and at least the age of majority in your state of residence) and located in a U.S. state where the service is available. You may not use our products or the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature. A breach of any of these terms results in immediate termination of your services. Nuv does not guarantee that any medication will be prescribed: prescriptions are issued solely at a licensed clinician's discretion after evaluation.
Nuv connects you with independent, licensed clinicians and with pharmacies that prepare and dispense medication pursuant to a valid prescription. Clinical decisions are made by your provider, not by Nuv. The service is not for medical emergencies: if you think you have an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Your use of telehealth is also governed by our Telehealth informed consent.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including payment card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Payment card information is always encrypted during transfer. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission from us.
We are not responsible if information made available on this Site is not accurate, complete, or current. Health-related information on this Site about weight-loss treatments is provided for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Material on this Site should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions.
Prices for our products and plans are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time. Price changes to an active subscription are always notified to you by email before your next renewal.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit quantities per person, per household, or per order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, to use the service only for yourself, and not to misuse, resell, or share your medication.
At checkout your payment method is saved but not charged. You are charged only if and when a licensed clinician approves your treatment; if a clinician determines treatment is not appropriate for you, you are not charged for the medication (or are refunded if a charge was already made). By subscribing you authorize Nuv to automatically charge your saved payment method on the schedule selected at checkout: monthly plans renew every month, and 3, 6, and 12-month plans are billed as a single up-front charge for the term and then continue month-to-month unless you cancel. Promotional codes discount your first charge only; renewals bill at the regular plan price. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal. You may cancel or pause anytime from your account or by emailing nuv@healthfaregroup.com. Once treatment is approved and your medication has been prepared or shipped, charges for that medication are final and non-refundable, because compounded medications are custom-prepared for you individually and cannot be restocked. We may provide access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control; we provide them "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Content or links on this Site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us, and we are not responsible for their content or accuracy.
If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, or other materials, you agree that we may, at any time and without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use them in any medium.
Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy policy. Nuv is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal health information collected through our medical intake forms, telehealth consultations, and related healthcare services, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Occasionally there may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice.

Your use of the service is at your sole risk; the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nuv does not guarantee specific medical or weight-loss outcomes and is not liable for adverse reactions, side effects, or treatment outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuv is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nuv, HealthFare Inc, and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms.
If any provision of these terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions remain in effect.
These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use the service. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive it.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms is not a waiver of it. These terms and any policies posted by us on this Site constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
These terms and any separate agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
